
Reflexology is a gentle non-invasive complementary therapy that promotes deep relaxation and wellbeing. It is based on the principle that there are points on the feet, hands and face that correspond to organs, structures and systems of the body. By applying pressure to these points know as 'reflexes', this therapy encourages the body to restore homeostasis and bring about balance to benefit your physical body as well as your emotions. The reflexologist uses thumb and finger techniques of varying pressure. Reflexology is a holistic therapy and aims to bring balance to the mind, body and soul.

Tucked away in my cozy backyard garden, this space is intentionally warm, calming, and free from the noise of everyday life. From the moment you step inside, you’re invited to soften, breathe a little deeper, and let your body rest. Soft lighting, gentle music, and a peaceful atmosphere help signal to your nervous system that it’s safe to relax.
I created Sage Reflexology for women who are carrying a lot, busy schedules, stress, tension, and the constant pull of caring for others. My goal is simple: for you to arrive feeling overwhelmed or tired, and to leave feeling grounded, rested, and restored.
Reflexology is more than a foot treatment, it’s a full-body reset. Each session is unhurried and tailored to what your body needs that day, allowing space for deep relaxation, better sleep, and a sense of calm that stays with you long after you leave.
